These Terms govern your use of OLai and all related digital products sold by Operations Lab AI. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following terms.
By purchasing, downloading, or using OLai, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Operations Lab AI.
Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to use OLai for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the product, its files, or its blueprints to any third party.
Your license includes the OLai widget, your configured assistant on the Operon One platform, and the setup corresponding to your purchased plan. We reserve the right to update or improve included files at any time. Feature additions outside your plan tier may require an upgrade.
All sales are final due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product. If you encounter a verified technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
OLai runs on the Operon One platform and integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Vapi (phone AI), Telegram, and Twilio (SMS). Operations Lab AI is not responsible for any changes, outages, pricing updates, or policy modifications made by these providers. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.
OLai is provided as a tool to assist with lead engagement and automation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead conversion rates, or revenue results. Operations Lab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
OLai may not be used for spam, unsolicited messaging, illegal data collection, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable local or international laws. Violation of this policy will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
All files, designs, blueprints, code, and content delivered with OLai remain the intellectual property of Operations Lab AI. You are granted a license to use them — not ownership. Reverse engineering, reselling, or rebranding of our materials is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of OLai and delete all associated files. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to that date.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any formal proceedings are initiated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers by email of any material changes. Continued use of OLai following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
